Snow Cloud Artifact

I made a brief mention of this item in a previous post but I think it has so much potential that I need to give it its own post.

Snow clouds are artifacts that can be found in the new digsites but only in cold biomes. They need to be brushed out of the snow.

Snow clouds can be placed anywhere and be walked on but also emit small flurries of snow without leaving snow layers. They are kinda like spore blossoms with a snow affect but they can also be placed over a cauldron to constantly farm powdered snow. Snow golems can survive in hot climates(including the nether) while under them.

There could also be a water cloud varient that pours rain anywhere its placed and can be used to water crops 24/7. When hit with a channeling trident it could summon a tiny thunder strike under it. A cool idea for it is to use it in a shower build!

People have started to realize that we need more particle emitting blocks so adding these will let us control weather indoors!
