Extractor Function

I have a suggestion for a later Minecraft update. So basically it is an item called an "extractor". You put in a a weapon/tool/armor with enchantments and a book with no enchantments, and the enchantments on the weapon/tool/armor get taken from it and get put onto the book! This could be helpful if you have (for example) a gold sword with sharpness and you want to put it on a diamond sword. This could also be a function for grindstones.
