Making it so when you fuse netherite with diamond that it gets repaired.

So when you fuse netherite with your diamond gear that it fully repairs it. Since this is a big problem that's very annoying. Also when you repair your netherite tools you can use diamonds instead. Since netherite is expensive. And somewhat diamond in fused.
