More ways to get into the new caves

I suppose that we need more ways to get into the new caves, because we can only get into the new caves by getting into the water lakes now, so it makes me feel a bit monotonous. Most importantly, it makes the overworld full of lakes. It also makes the desert biome looks weird, because deserts won't have much water in real life. So I hope that there will be more ways to get into the new caves.

  Caves being flooded above Y=31 is a bug that will be fixed.
