Snow-Logging

I've seen similar post, but I'd like to expand on them -- adding the ability to "snow-log" fences, walls, and stairs, as well as certain vegetation (which allegedly exists on bedrock) to java would really improve game-play and aesthetics. I'm not sure how well this would work with multiple layers of snow, however if the above mentioned blocks can be snow-logged with even one layer after a snowstorm, it would greatly improve the look of Minecraft.
