Light Logged

So you know how we can water log blocks to make them filled with water? What is we could do that with the light block. I know this doesn't seem like something that would be very helpful but if it got added we would be able to make working dynamic lighting data packs. This would also give the players abilities to make new light blocks. The could be a new block tag that all blocks have so I wouldn't be too complicated.

    There are multiple light sources that are waterlog-able, lanterns, soul lanterns, and sea pickles to name a few, not to mention light blocks have this tag light[waterlogged=true]. If you are meaning for either of these, they are already in the game.
