cool enchanted dimesion

a new dimension that is like the nether but the lava is enchanted diamond water and you can decide what the animals and the ground. The portal is in the nether and it is in a secret room that when you walk through the right blocks you go through them and in the secret room there is the portal but it is broken so you have to fix it with the blocks in a chest and when you get the blocks the walk through wall will turn back into a wall. And to get the enchanted diamond water you have to make an alternate crafting table by using diamond planks.Then make a bucket with the alternate crafting table and when you hold the bucket it will sparkle. But when you use a regular bucket the enchanted diamond water turns into water.     (p.s. The portal is made out of enchanted diamond blocks that you can not get enwer els oh and when you go back through the enchanted diamond block portal it goes back to it's first form broken and the blocks that are missing go back into the chest like nothing happened.)
