A new enchantment called dechunk.

Dechunk could be on a pickaxe and axe, Dechunk on the pickaxe can mine every ore in that vane. Dechunk on an axe can mine the whole tree. I think Mojang should make this enchantment have a chance of spawning in a dungeon.
