Developer mode minecraft

Can Microsoft add developer mode in minecraft by which we can debug our world. Also when we enable this option in settings, we can create minecraft addons in minecraft bedrock, data packs in minecraft java and skins too.

    I LOVE this idea, but will it only be on pc or will it also be on console?
