Remaining Biome vote features in 2nd half of 1.17

Ever Since The Biome Votes were out, Mojang has stated that the losing features are coming out eventually but I feel like these features are overdue. With 1.17 being announced to be separated in 2 parts the Goats are getting released in the first half. So maybe They can add Frogs or some of the remaining Biome Chooser features in the 2nd half of 1.17
