Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Chorus roots, a new wood type

A new wood type would be really cool. I don't think trees really fit the vibe of the end, so I think chorus roots are a good idea. Chorus roots would generate directly beneath chorus trees. If you mined them you could get a root, which looks similar to a log yet the outside is the same texture as a chorus tree and the inside is a slightly lighter purple. You could craft this into purple coloured planks to make lots of different blocks and decorations, much like every other tree type. I think this would add incentive for players to return to the end. This could be part of a massive end overhaul, much like 1.16 did for the nether, but if it is not I am alright with that. I tend to make my posts longer than needed so I'm sorry if it was a pain to read.
