Enchanted golden carrot and golden name tag

Two items I think would be a good edition to Minecraft are a golden name tag and an enchanted golden carrot, u could craft a golden name tag by surrounding it with gold ingots on a crafting table and what it would do is just name any mob with it, preferably your pet, and if it dies it will just respawn at your respawn point. An enchanted golden carrot can be found in chests a bit more commonly and if eaten will just provide speed and jump boost and maybe underwater breathing all for 3 minutes.
