electromagnet block

along with the addition of copper I think an electromagnet block would be nice. It would suck items within a certain radius to it. It would be powered by Redstone and varying on the strength of the Redstone signal going into it it would have a different radius of how far it can suck things to it from. I believe this would be useful for mob farms, mob grinders, etc.

  I didn't know whether to put this under blocks, tools and items or caves and cliffs so i just went with caves and cliffs
