Harpoon launcher

I think it would be awesome to have a new fishing tool and a new PVP weapon, basically what the harpoon launcher does is you load a harpoon into the rifle, then you shoot the rifle at your target and it will take about 7-12 hearts, if you hold a lead in your offhand you can retract the harpoon by repeatedly pressing RMB, you can also release the harpoon by pressing LMB. You would also load the harpoon like you do with the crossbow.
