Mobs should be able to spawn with spyglasses

Hostile mobs like zombies, drowned, husks, and maybe even strays and skeletons should be able to spawn with spyglasses in their hand or in their offhand with a weapon in their main hand or something else. Mobs with spyglasses in their hands would be able to see you from further away and invisibility wouldn't hide you from mobs with spyglasses.
