Minecraft, compared to some other modern games, is missing some graphic features. This update would be the place to add a new UI, as well as fix some graphic issues that we're so used to. The first thing to add is player animations. If the player is falling, they will look like they're about to belly flop, and will stick out their arms. If the player enters a minecart, boat, or bed, they will look like they are walking over and getting in. If anything dies, their body will stay there until it despawns, before which it will flash in and out of existence. Items would lie on the ground instead of floating. The second thing this would do is stop partially glitching into blocks. This means that the player, blocks, and mobs, would all get hitboxes that matched each of their body parts, instead of one big cube. If too many entities were forced into a small space or the player was crushed by sand/pushed blocks, the hitboxes and textures would shrink like they were squashed. The third thing this would add is a change to textures that aren't pixel perfect. Armor and outer layers of the skin would be extended one pixel wider to make the pixels fit. Baby mobs would have half the pixels, and the breaking texture for things like a conduit would be fixed. This update would made minecraft seem more modern and less glitchy.
