Icy Blasts

Icy blasts would make a bar of icicles show up on your screen that would slowly go down and would also make you lose health if your bar went all the way down. Icy blasts would only happen in snowy tundras, icespikes, and snowy taigas. To keep from losing health due to icy blasts, you could use a coat, which could be crafted like this:
