smooth portals

The Nether portal would be updated to fully load and render the other side. The purple swirl would appear when the portal is first lit and is loading the other side, but after that, the transition would be seamless, even to the point of being able to throw ender pearls though it

This should be an option in the setting so that people with laggy computers don't have to worry about it. There should still be a purple swirl, but it should be translucent, so that you can partially see through to the other side.
