New fertilizer block idea

My idea is to have the animals poop.  You should create a new tool that you can use to scoop the poop as an item.  You should make a new block that you can put poop in and it will turn it into fertilizer.  When you put nine pieces of fertilizer into a crafting table it will make a block of fertilizer which you can plant seeds in and it will make the seeds grow faster.
