Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Throw arrows like spears

An enchantment to the Chestplate, making it possible to throw Arrows you hold. Different tiers of the enchant changes the percent of damage the arrow does at hit as of what it would do if shot with a Bow.

As an example:

Arrow Thrower I - 25 % of damage from firing with a Bow.

Arrow Thrower II - 50 % of damage from firing with a Bow.

Arrow Thrower III - 75 % of damage from firing with a Bow.

Arrow Thrower IV - 100 % of damage from firing with a Bow.

Should not be available in Enchantment Table but a rare find from somewhere.
