  The caves are extremely varied and that is great. We have huge, medium and tiny caves. If they're all approximately the same size nothing is interesting or special anymore. Caves might carve and expand into other caves, I don't understand why you'd want them all to be medium. The caves also aren't extremely small as they used to be; the old caves blend really well, but they're small enough to act as a great transition and change. The thing is to balance the frequency of caves and their different sizes, and they've done that extremely well in 21w08b (and they're recreating it now as the final version). I couldn't agree less with you.
