Mystery Merchant (new mob for the end)

This new mob would spawn in the end ideally on the roofs of end cities he would be like the wandering trader but much better he would sell highly enchanted diamond gear and shulker shells and you trade with him with emreld or gold and finnally if you take him to the overworld he'll fade away

  At that point in the game emeralds are pretty much endless. Maybe such a well-travelled gentleman would be more interested in diamonds?
