The drowned merchant

After killing 10 (trident) drowned and defeating an ocean monument a drowned will spawn in the gold room of the ocean monument and guardians will not attack it and they sell tridents for prismarine shards. The tridents that have different enchantments have different prices. They can also sell the king of the ocean potion which gives dolphins grace 2 and draws bubbles to the nearest ocean monument. when killed they will drop anklets of the clouds(details on that in another post).
