Cracked earth | New Dirt variant

Cracked earth is a new dirt varient that can be made by smelting dirt or found in dry biomes. Its a hard, dry, and pale dirt that has large cracks in it. It can be found near desert rivers/lakes, as desert village paths and along side course dirt in badlands and savanas.

This block should be added so that we can have more options for terraforming as well as having a nice path like the dirt path block that doesn't get messed up by placing blocks on it.
