River Gold (Gold on the river floor)

It would be really cool to rarely find gold in dirt or gravel at the bottom of rivers, as not only it's a rewarding experience, but it's also realistic of gold being found in the riverbed. This would add a nice, small touch.

  What if every time you used a bucket to pick up a block of water in a river biome, there was a small chance of a gold nugget popping up? You could effectively pan for gold! Bonus points for being near a mesa, desert, or savanna!
