Tuff block at this stage looks like a dead coral knockoff, that I personally see no use in using in my builds. But in real life this is a very interesting building material, that is really often used in the South Caucasus and in others seismically active regions of the world (Italy, Iceland, Kamchatka Peninsula etc.).
For example, Erevan - the capital of Armenia - has the nickname "The Pink City" or "Rosy City" cause many buildings of the main city are built out of the pink variant of tuff stone. And there are many more colours out there: yellow, red, black, brown etc.
Having only a grey variant of the stone and with the current texture is quite a shame, not gonna lie. So, retexturing it to look a bit "spongy" and a bit "dirty" with fractions of volcanic ash, obsidian or other materials, clogging up some holes in the stone, together with adding colour variety to it, would be a nice addition to the already big catalogue of building blocks. For now, the block seems to be a bit boring.
