Noteblock rework

Noteblocks are really cool, but it has its limits.

In my opinion the opportunity to klick to make sounds is a thing that should stay but it must be changed:

Noteblocks should be blocks that are faced in a direction, on this way 5 sides could be used as currently (but not change the tone). The 6th side should be used for an interface to select the height of the tone and the duration.

Also the sound range should be doubled but depending on the signal strength it could be more silence
