(Bedrock Parity) Scaffold Building/Building Ahead of You

Scaffold Building needs to be added to Java. It allows for faster building as well as more accurate bridging. This could also help people that can't shift or want to bridge fast. Yes, mods "may" be able to do this in Java, but this should be a built in feature.

    I personally dislike this idea. It would mess up some multiplayer servers like Hypixel!

    Mojang, if you are not doing it for java, remove it from bedrock.

    java scafold allows this, but mechanics are not the same. you target the front edge of the scafold block unlike bedrock where the place ahead (any block) allows you to place without the need to sneak
