Increase the amount of pages of a Book and Quill to 250.

Don't know why they decreased the amount. "Because of duping" isn't a good answer. Removing a feature to stop the 0.05% of players who do something that is borderline hacking is stupid. If players want to play normal survival, they won't dupe.
