Connecting & Un-Connecting Glass Texture by Sneaking

People have been asking for this feature for years, Glass Texture should connect with each other, but considering that feature will also erase some existed features – came from unconnected glass texture, then why don't just add the ability to Custom the texture?

My idea is to make Glass Texture Customable by using Sneak feature – The same mechanic that Pointed Dripstone has. So first, Glass texture should connect with each other naturally. But then the cool thing is, by sneaking, you can make the glass you placed ( while sneaking ) unconnect with other glass. Simple.

Those small features will seem minor but actually a game changer  that gives players so many more possibilities in building aspect, especially for builders.

    i think they could easily implement this as well by using the same system they have for large chests. well if not the same it would be similar. i really think this should be base feature and not from a mod. would be a very nice quality of life change that everyone would appreciate
