(Java Parity) Creepers spawn in caves

Creepers spawn less common in the caves in bedrock version, would be great if, at least in hard difficulty, increase the frequency of spawn

    Make creepers more powerful as well, they can kill you with iron armor in java, but not in bedrock...

    Make more difficult the "Hard mode"
