(Bedrock Parity)50% chance that a black cat will spawn on a full moon night

I want the Java Edition to have a 50% chance of spawning black cats on a full moon night like Bedrock Edition.

The Java Edition has a very low chance of spawning in the village. The only way to ensure that you tame a black cat is to tame a black cat spawned with a swamp hut, breed it there, or use a spawn egg.
I think this is a high threshold for those who play Java Edition.

Therefore, the Java Edition specifications should be the same as the Bedrock Edition. This is a special condition for cats to spawn on a full moon night, but I think you don't have to take the risk to go to the swamps.

    As a Bedrock player, I haven’t seen black cats outside of swamps at all.
