Lower ocean depth in 1.17

The oceans should be much deeper in 1.17, as right now they are not very deep at all. With the new world height, this is perfect and could make underwater caves look cooler.

    I'd like the idea that ocean thats below Y:0 could be its own biome, the Abyss biome. Where you need special dynamic lighting available through some sort of item.

    Also special trenches that go to -32 would be pretty awesome
