Shield penetring enchantment

self explinatory by title, this enchantment will have 3 levels:

(only can be aplied to: axes, pickaxes, shovels, stone sword, and diamond sword.)

shield penetring 1: has a chance of 9.7% in 100 to pierce through a shield and damage whose using it, this one requires level 10 or 12.5 to appear in enchanting table.

shield penetring 2: basiclly shield penetring 1 but now it has 18.8% in 100 chance instead of the one in shield penetring 1, this one requires level 20 or 18 to appear in enchating table

shield penetring 3: shield penetring 1 but now with 24.9% chance to pierce through shields, and can also ignore protection points with a 7.4% chance to penetrate armor, however you need level 30 to make this appear in enchanting table. 

shield penetring 4: shield penetring 3 but now with 38.9% chances to pierce trough shields, and 18.7% chance of ignoring and piercing trough armor and other protections. Can only appear in the enchanting table if you are level 45
