Streaming Simulator glitch.

I've had a glitch using this Minecraft pack/addon, streaming simulator, every time I leave and re-join this world. The streaming setup glitches and the different pieces of streaming equipment go everywhere. Also when I reach the fourth house the boxes containing the equipment aren't there nor the place where the streaming setup should be, I've searched the whole house from top to bottom and repeated it in multiple worlds.
