Remove Gamerule KeepInventory in hardcore

When you die in Minecraft Hardcore mode, you can't respawn, right? so if you can use cheats like Open on LAN you can modify the KeepInventory rule, but in hardcore when you die you can't start over, then that's kind of silly.
