reapstone

we have all died in a survival world that we loved and had progress in and lost all of are loot to despawning at least one time . the reapstone would salve that basically the reapstone would be a late game item like the lodestone found in the deep dark in chests  if you die it would take your loot and put it in itself and save it but you would need exp to open it and grab your loot it would

  Hoppers are able to collect items that fall on top of them. However, I do know that they would be cumbersome as most items would be flung ten blocks out. I don't know, I do think that items despawning should be a fact of Minecraft.
