There exist already cracked and chiseled variants for the other brick types in the game, so why not implement them for endstone bricks?
The End is already a barren dimension, while a complete overhaul isn't set to be in the near future, having more building options at our disposal could certainly help to renew interest it in the meantime. A simple addition like this would make players want to revisit the End and spend some time building there. Minecraft is a game about imagination and adding more construction options is going to lead to a plethora of new ideas centred around the End. Perhaps cracked bricks could inspire one to build an ancient temple, lost among the cosmos. Maybe chiseled bricks might make players consider constructing a lost stronghold buried within the belly of the island. Anything new added is certainly going to make players spend more time exercising their creativity in the End.
The new variants could be crafted similarly with the already existing blocks, two slabs for a chiseled block, perhaps in the shape of a shulker shell or enderman's face, smelting for making the bricks cracked and adding a chorus fruit would create a "chorused brick" analogous to mossy stone.
