Shovel can turn farmland into path block

A hoe can turn dirt path into farmland so a shovel should be able to turn farmland back into path.

It is impractical to wait for all the farmland to turn back to dirt block, or waste time and energy jumping on all the farmland turning each one back to dirt one by one. After all, farmland is just dirt and I want to make a dirt path in dirt.

Shovels used to only be able to turn grass block into path but they changed it so it works on dirt blocks too because it is impractical to wait for grass to grow just to make a dirt path. So extending functionality has been done before and it can be done again to farmland.
