An Enchantment that allows you to look at Endermen peacefully

This would be a helmet enchantment that could only be found on the helmet in the End Cities, added in alongside the other enchantments available to be pre-existing on helmets found in End Cities. It would allow you to look at Endermen for as long as you wanted without them becoming angry. The purpose for this enchantment could be a quality-of-life improvement that could further encourage players to keep looking for End Cities if they'd already found one with an End Ship.

    You can wear a carved pumpkin in your helmet slot, it will prevent Endermen from becoming aggressive.

    The pumpkin gets in the way though, and you can barely see. Besides, it take up an entire armor slot. An enchantment such as this fixes both of those.
    (don't tell me that 3rd-person mode helps; it doesn't and is too difficult to get to in PE anyway)
