Realms has been experiencing game-breaking lag and no small amount of people are saying it's been that way since the last update. So, Mojang, how have you not noticed this? I can only imagine you ignore the "feedback" section. How about you have some actually READ what people are posting? I mean it can't be that hard. I know I'd be fired for ignoring my duties at work the way you folks do. How long has the update been out? Were you just planning on raking in people's money in exchange for no effort on your end after delivering a broken service? I've been paying for my realms subscription but it just can't be played by anyone because you people at Mojang don't think that having a job entails actually doing any work. FIX THE GAME!!! HOW'S THAT FOR AN IDEA FOR A NEW FEATURE? I know this isn't a problem on my end, I use a new computer with high end hardware on a high speed internet connection and there are usually only 2-3 people on the realm at most, it's usually just 1 person though so it's definitely Mojang's error.
