User friendly for "potato machines"

I donk know if it has already been done but can you make it so that blocks that are fully surrounded by solid blocks become non solid in java edition and maybe bedrock edition too because the game in JAVA especially is becoming unfriendly to potato computers i cant play 1.16 without optifine even then i get around 6-20fps on a flat world and can you make it so that low end machened can play also i am menchining this on the caves and clifes catagory because the amount of blocks are going to be a lot more and making the burried blocks non solid will also increase chunk loading so please make minecraft java more POTATO pc friendly if possible
