Quartz mines

Create giant craters where there is quartz and other minerals in it and make in large quantities. Going along with the Caves and Cliffs update, there should be quartz veins, emerald, coal, copper, diamond, and iron veins. You should be able to craft more stuff with quartz like watches and/or better clocks and stronger glass. There should also be stronger winds that blow around making it harder to walk and if strong enough then it should break glass.
