Make Armour Lower Potion Damage

This is a personal experience. I  was killing the wither in the end by putting it under the bedrock. But it escaped. and in bedrock edition potions do the same amount of damage with armour on which is too op.

A full port 4 netheriteite with max enchants can be killed with instant damage potions, Unlike java bedrock clearly does not have this feature. and It is super annoying and basically makes all PVP unfair.

I beg of you please fix this
