Glowing Pools (water cave biome)

The Glowing Pools is a cave biome that's exclusively underwater (where glow squids spawn). This is where you can find glowing blue kelp, sea lanterns, and a lot of glow spread (functions like glow lichen but looks like glowing goop). This would give waterlogged caves a biome of their own and would give another reason to explore these caves.
