Axolotls should not spawn in oceans

As I am currently playing, axolotls spawn in oceans and kill all of the oceanic life such as tropical fishes! It does some seem to fit well in that biome at al!!

    Wait what? They don't, they only spawn in underwater caves. The Axolotl is supposed to spawn in Lush Caves once they naturally generate. (Sorry for the non-edited comment because I didn't see the newest snapshot)
