You should be able to change the stack size of items using data packs

It should be possible to change the stack sizes of items using data packs. Maybe a tag file that lists all the items and their maximum stack size, and changing the number allows you to decrease or increase the stack size (but no higher than 64). That way it's customizable, and also optional!
