Diamond mining strategy: Coal

In 1.17, the goal is to add more mining strategies. Here's one that I thought of: increase the chance of diamond spawning near coal. Since diamonds ARE coal, but more compressed, it makes sense that sometimes some coal weins will have diamonds in them. This would make it worth it to mine out to the coal to find wrapped diamonds in them.

  But, would be cool if they made the "Lapis Trick" into a full game feature, instead of "face north walk four blocks and mine" we had something like: "Hey, you found this [unusual block], that means in an area around here we can find [special ore]", like this you still have to make a search for the ore, but is way less "code quirk".

  About the Coal, they just made so coal does not generate at diamond level,  so it would have to be something else.

  Ohh, and the [unusual block] needs to generate to open air in caves so you can spot it :)
