Snow layers on stairs and slabs

Stairs and slabs should build up snow layers on top of them. A roof made of stairs and slabs doesn't accumulate snow on it, only on the full blocks. This makes the snow buildup patchy. With cliffs being updated, original snow mechanics need addressed.

  I think it will be nice if snow becomes a weather event, and not just a variation of rain on the mountains. This way everyone can enjoy a relaxing snowfall (the snow will disappear 3 days after the snowfall).

  I agree maybe not multiple layers but one layer on top would add a lot of snow details on builds also maybe icicles from blocks would be nice too

  I really want to have snow stack up on anything. Having it go around fences or stairs is not aesthetically pleasing to my builds
