Right Clicking Plants With Hoes Changes Its Placement Offset

I know terrain naturally is random, but it’s annoying you don’t have any control of how it's placed in the world. A simple solution is to be able to change a plant’s offset by right clicking it with a hoe. It makes hoes even more useful.
